The hotel is very outdated for its price. The only good thing is that it’s the only star hotel closed to the airport. Rooms facing the street is noisy.

房間不是很乾凈, 酒店也不提供轉換接頭充電器，價格相對算高的，埃及的四星酒店價格相當于上海五星級酒店價格，這很不合理

禁煙房間比較清新，房間乾凈整潔服務也很貼心，價格經濟實惠，住房期間體驗不錯。考慮到航班的著陸時間早，也能提前安排入住，真不錯

The hotel was very nice and very close to the airport. They gave us free late check out was useful for an afternoon flight.

More like a 3 star rather than a 5 star hotel. But, the best rating about this hotel was the excellent service. Khaled and his team were exceptional.

Please be aware that this hotel is directly on a main road with heavey traffic at all hours of the day and night. If you've ever visited Cairo you will know that drivers there communicate with their horns, constantly! This hotel is built in such a way that the rooms are on the outer walls and there are no rooms in the centre because it opens up to the lobby/main floor where the bars and lounges are located. Apparently there is nightly entertainment and revelry. I say Apparently because while I didn't see it, I clearly heard it each night. Myself and partner are not light sleepers. Between the noise inside the hotel and the noise from the street, very little sleep was had. I didn't find the staff very friendly or helpful. I had left the service room card out because I needed water and towels. I removed the card after 5 pm when it was apparent to me that we were not going to get service. Instead, I had a call from the front desk after 7pm asking if I needed anything and then a knock from housekeeping a 9 pm wanting to clean the room. I said not now but could I have a bottle of water. There was none on the cart and after waiting a couple minutes I shut the door and went back to sleep. The shower door leaked so there was a huge puddle whenever we showered. The hot water was inconsistent, going from hot to cold to scalding, repeatedly.

酒店離機場近，安保嚴格。住了4晚期中一晚有婚禮，頂樓宴會廳直接震耳欲聾的音樂載歌載舞到凌晨一點！打前臺電話，説讓忍一忍，很快會結束的??估計當地的風俗就是如此

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The reception area had nice background music, which made the atmosphere welcoming. The only thing missing was slippers in the room, which would have added to the comfort. Overall, a good experience!
